The c.309G>T (p.Q103H) alteration is located in exon 5 (coding exon 3) of the AKR1A1 gene. This alteration results from a G to T substitution at nucleotide position 309, causing the glutamine (Q) at amino acid position 103 to be replaced by a histidine (H).
