This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals with MYSM1-related conditions. This variant is not present in population databases (ExAC no frequency). This sequence change replaces threonine with lysine at codon 823 of the MYSM1 protein (p.Thr823Lys). The threonine residue is weakly conserved and there is a moderate physicochemical difference between threonine and lysine. -
