Hereditary cancer-predisposing syndrome Uncertain:1
The p.R787P variant (also known as c.2360G>C), located in coding exon 23 of the RB1 gene, results from a G to C substitution at nucleotide position 2360. The arginine at codon 787 is replaced by proline, an amino acid with dissimilar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
