The c.340A>G (p.R114G) alteration is located in exon 4 (coding exon 2) of the SLC14A1 gene. This alteration results from a A to G substitution at nucleotide position 340, causing the arginine (R) at amino acid position 114 to be replaced by a glycine (G). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
