The c.237A>C (p.Q79H) alteration is located in exon 5 (coding exon 4) of the ZNF333 gene. This alteration results from a A to C substitution at nucleotide position 237, causing the glutamine (Q) at amino acid position 79 to be replaced by a histidine (H). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
