The c.235T>C (p.S79P) alteration is located in exon 1 (coding exon 1) of the KRTAP10-12 gene. This alteration results from a T to C substitution at nucleotide position 235, causing the serine (S) at amino acid position 79 to be replaced by a proline (P).
