The c.68C>T (p.S23F) alteration is located in exon 2 (coding exon 1) of the STAG3 gene. This alteration results from a C to T substitution at nucleotide position 68, causing the serine (S) at amino acid position 23 to be replaced by a phenylalanine (F).
