The c.2850G>C (p.Q950H) alteration is located in exon 22 (coding exon 22) of the USP4 gene. This alteration results from a G to C substitution at nucleotide position 2850, causing the glutamine (Q) at amino acid position 950 to be replaced by a histidine (H).
