The c.59A>G (p.D20G) alteration is located in exon 3 (coding exon 2) of the BZW2 gene. This alteration results from a A to G substitution at nucleotide position 59, causing the aspartic acid (D) at amino acid position 20 to be replaced by a glycine (G).
