This alteration results from a A to G substitution at nucleotide position 779, causing the histidine (H) at amino acid position 260 to be replaced by an arginine (R). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -

This sequence change replaces histidine, which is basic and polar, with arginine, which is basic and polar, at codon 260 of the TRAPPC11 protein (p.His260Arg). This variant is present in population databases (rs764083534, gnomAD 0.02%). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with TRAPPC11-related conditions.
