The c.1393A>G (p.I465V) alteration is located in exon 11 (coding exon 10) of the CATSPER2 gene. This alteration results from a A to G substitution at nucleotide position 1393, causing the isoleucine (I) at amino acid position 465 to be replaced by a valine (V).
