The c.853C>A (p.L285M) alteration is located in exon 7 (coding exon 7) of the ST7L gene. This alteration results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 853, causing the leucine (L) at amino acid position 285 to be replaced by a methionine (M). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
