This alteration was also identified in 1/136 Turkish colorectal cancer patients undergoing multigene panel testing for hereditary cancer risk (Erdem HB et al. Turk J Med Sci, 2020 06;50:1015-1021). This amino acid position is not well conserved in available vertebrate species. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis.
