These data indicate that the variant is very likely to be associated with disease. The following publications have been ascertained in the context of this evaluation (PMID: 20096397, 26809617, 31353849). Internal structural analysis indicates that this variant disrupts the characteristic motif of collagen and inserts a bulky sidechain into a sterically constrained region (Hohenester E et al. Proc.
