This variant has extremely low frequency in gnomAD (MAF=0.00005). In summary, this variant meets criteria to be classified as Pathogenic for PAH deficiency based on the ACMG/AMP criteria applied, as specified by the ClinGen PAH VCEP: PM2_supporting, PM3_strong, PP4, PVS1.
