In summary, this variant is a novel missense change that is not predicted to affect protein function. This sequence change replaces glutamine with arginine at codon 1627 of the MED13L protein (p.Gln1627Arg). The glutamine residue is weakly conserved and there is a small physicochemical difference between glutamine and arginine.
