This sequence change replaces histidine, which is basic and polar, with glutamine, which is neutral and polar, at codon 1492 of the POLE protein (p.His1492Gln). This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with POLE-related conditions.
