This sequence change inserts 1 nucleotide in exon 9 of the FLCN mRNA (c.979dupG), causing a frameshift at codon 327. This creates a premature translational stop signal (p.Ala327Glyfs*63) and is expected to result in an absent or disrupted protein product. -
