The tyrosine at codon 369 is replaced by histidine, an amino acid with similar properties. Additionally, this alteration was detected in a heterozygous state in 1/1058 unselected patients with colorectal cancer (Yurgelun MB et al. J. Clin. Oncol., 2017 Apr;35:1086-1095).
