This variant, c.1988_1991delinsACA, is a complex sequence change that results in a frameshift at codon 663 in the last exon of the CCDC114 mRNA (p.Ser663Tyrfs*84).   While this is not anticipated to result in nonsense mediated decay, it is expected to disrupt the last 8 amino acids of the CCDC114 protein, and to extend the protein by an additional 75 amino acids. -
