The c.713A>C (p.Q238P) alteration is located in exon 8 (coding exon 7) of the RIF1 gene. This alteration results from a A to C substitution at nucleotide position 713, causing the glutamine (Q) at amino acid position 238 to be replaced by a proline (P).
