This sequence change replaces lysine, which is basic and polar, with arginine, which is basic and polar, at codon 521 of the KLHL41 protein (p.Lys521Arg). This variant is present in population databases (rs778003504, gnomAD 0.02%). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with KLHL41-related conditions.
