This sequence change replaces histidine, which is basic and polar, with arginine, which is basic and polar, at codon 1128 of the NRIP1 protein (p.His1128Arg). This variant is present in population databases (no rsID available, gnomAD 0.0009%). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with NRIP1-related conditions.
