This missense change has been observed in individual(s) with epilepsy (PMID: 21703448). This sequence change replaces alanine, which is neutral and non-polar, with valine, which is neutral and non-polar, at codon 760 of the CLCN2 protein (p.Ala760Val). This variant is present in population databases (rs781034991, gnomAD 0.007%). ClinVar contains an entry for this variant (Variation ID: 217782).
