Computational analyses (biochemical amino acid pr operties, conservation, AlignGVGD, PolyPhen2, and SIFT) suggest the variant is l ess likely to impact the protein, in part due to the lack of Ser2054 amino acid conservation in mammals. In summary, additional data is needed to determine the clinical significance of this variant; however, we would lean towards a more lik ely benign role based upon in computational data. - |
