p.Gly155Val (c.464G>T) in the MYBPC3 gene (NM_000256.3) See in an Asian individual with left ventricular hypertrophy in our center. Given the lack of reliably population allele frequency data, we consider this variant a variant of uncertain significance and we do not feel it is suitable for assessing risk in healthy relatives ("predictive genetic testing").
