This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals with DRC1-related conditions. This variant is present in population databases (rs12623642, ExAC 0.01%). This sequence change replaces valine with isoleucine at codon 633 of the DRC1 protein (p.Val633Ile). The valine residue is highly conserved and there is a small physicochemical difference between valine and isoleucine. -
