This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals with a TMEM70-related disease. This variant is not present in population databases (ExAC no frequency). This sequence change replaces valine with isoleucine at codon 167 of the TMEM70 protein (p.Val167Ile). The valine residue is highly conserved and there is a small physicochemical difference between valine and isoleucine. -
