This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals with TSC2-related disease. This variant is not present in population databases (ExAC no frequency). This sequence change replaces glycine with arginine at codon 1316 of the TSC2 protein (p.Gly1316Arg). The glycine residue is weakly conserved and there is a moderate physicochemical difference between glycine and arginine. - |
