The c.371T>G (p.I124S) alteration is located in exon 4 (coding exon 3) of the NLRC4 gene. This alteration results from a T to G substitution at nucleotide position 371, causing the isoleucine (I) at amino acid position 124 to be replaced by a serine (S).
