ClinVar contains an entry for this variant (Variation ID: 67340). This missense change has been observed in individual(s) with long QT syndrome (PMID: 16414944, 18441445, 19716085). This sequence change replaces valine, which is neutral and non-polar, with phenylalanine, which is neutral and non-polar, at codon 644 of the KCNH2 protein (p.Val644Phe). -
