This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals with RYR3-related conditions. This sequence change replaces tyrosine with serine at codon 2743 of the RYR3 protein (p.Tyr2743Ser). The tyrosine residue is highly conserved and there is a large physicochemical difference between tyrosine and serine. This variant is present in population databases (rs367645544, ExAC 0.02%). -
