The c.75T>G (p.C25W) alteration is located in exon 2 (coding exon 2) of the LAMP1 gene. This alteration results from a T to G substitution at nucleotide position 75, causing the cysteine (C) at amino acid position 25 to be replaced by a tryptophan (W). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
