Loss of function of the MYBPC3 gene is an established disease mechanism in autosomal dominant HCM. In summary, this variant meets criteria to be classified as pathogenic for autosomal dominant HCM. ACMG/AMP Criteria applied: PVS1, PM2_Supporting, PS4_Moderate. -
