Front Genet, 2014 Apr;5:90). In HEK293 cells, this variant demonstrated similar mRNA levels compared to wild type (Wu H et al. Genes (Basel), 2017 Oct;8:). This amino acid position is poorly conserved in available vertebrate species. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Based on available evidence to date, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
