The MARS c.2053G>A; p.Val685Ile variant (rs558631075), to our knowledge, is not reported in the medical literature but is reported in ClinVar (Variation ID: 475418). This sequence change replaces valine, which is neutral and non-polar, with isoleucine, which is neutral and non-polar, at codon 685 of the MARS protein (p.Val685Ile).
