The variant allele was found at a frequency of 3.8e-05 in 26572 control chromosomes (gnomAD). The available data on variant occurrences in the general population are insufficient to allow any conclusion about variant significance. c.119A>G has been observed in one individual affected with Rhizomelic Chondrodysplasia Punctata Type 1 (Fallatah_2021).
