The variant was identified in dbSNP (ID: rs754889452) as “NA”, but was not identified in any of the following databases Clinvitae, ClinVar, GeneInsight COGR, MutDB, ADPKD Mutation Database, PKD1-LOVD, and PKD1-LOVD 3.0. The variant was also identified in control databases in 4 of 133486 chromosomes at a frequency of 0.00003 in the following populations: European (Non-Finnish) in 3 of 51500 chromosomes (freq. 0.000058), and European (Finnish) in 1 of 7070 chromosomes (freq. 0.0001), increasing the likelihood that this may be a low frequency benign variant in certain populations of origin (Genome Aggregation Consortium Feb 27, 2017).
