This sequence change replaces isoleucine with arginine at codon 268 of the DOCK8 protein (p.Ile268Arg). The isoleucine residue is highly conserved and there is a moderate physicochemical difference between isoleucine and arginine. This variant is present in population databases (rs770040157, ExAC 0.006%). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with DOCK8-related conditions.
