This missense change has been observed in individual(s) with clinical features of CHD2-related conditions (PMID: 22495311, 24859339, 31332282, 31785789). This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency). This sequence change replaces aspartic acid, which is acidic and polar, with glycine, which is neutral and non-polar, at codon 856 of the CHD2 protein (p.Asp856Gly). -
