This annotation is derived from the ChinaMAP Phase 1 reference-panel site frequencies. The panel is described in:

The source sites VCF contains alternate allele frequencies (AF) but no allele counts, total allele numbers, or homozygote counts. Only biallelic SNVs on canonical chromosomes are included. Coordinates are GRCh38.
