This variant has not been reported in the gnomAD database at MAF of 0.004%, although no homozygotes are observed. The in silico predictions of the variant are damaging by SIFT, PolyPhen, MutationTaster2, CADD and REVEL. Lastly, segregation analysis revealed the parents to be heterozygous carriers of this variant. In summary, the variant meets our criteria to be classified as a variant of uncertain significance. -
