The c.1997A>C (p.Q666P) alteration is located in exon 22 (coding exon 19) of the TBC1D5 gene. This alteration results from a A to C substitution at nucleotide position 1997, causing the glutamine (Q) at amino acid position 666 to be replaced by a proline (P).
