A similar murine protein interacts with TNFR-associated factor 1 (TRAF1), TNFR-associated factor 2 (TRAF2), and cylindromatosis. This sequence change replaces tryptophan, which is neutral and slightly polar, with leucine, which is neutral and non-polar, at codon 468 of the TRAIP protein (p.Trp468Leu). -
