This alteration results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 1895, causing the arginine (R) at amino acid position 632 to be replaced by a lysine (K). This sequence change replaces arginine, which is basic and polar, with lysine, which is basic and polar, at codon 632 of the ZNF341 protein (p.Arg632Lys). This variant is present in population databases (rs774532521, gnomAD 0.003%). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with ZNF341-related conditions. ClinVar contains an entry for this variant (Variation ID: 2092185).
