The c.2023C>G (p.R675G) alteration is located in exon 20 (coding exon 15) of the TSGA10 gene. This alteration results from a C to G substitution at nucleotide position 2023, causing the arginine (R) at amino acid position 675 to be replaced by a glycine (G).
