This sequence change replaces threonine, which is neutral and polar, with lysine, which is basic and polar, at codon 2321 of the RELN protein (p.Thr2321Lys). This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with RELN-related conditions.
