ClinVar contains an entry for this variant (Variation ID: 546588). This missense change has been observed in individuals with autosomal dominant Charcot–Marie–Tooth disease (PMID: 16714318, 22492563; Invitae). This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency).
