The c.1865C>A (p.S622Y) alteration is located in exon 18 (coding exon 18) of the OTOGL gene. This alteration results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 1865, causing the serine (S) at amino acid position 622 to be replaced by a tyrosine (Y). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear. -
