Neth Heart J, 2019 Jun;27:304-309). Additionally, this alteration was reported in a sudden infant death cohort (Neubauer J et al. Eur J Hum Genet, 2017 Apr;25:404-409). This amino acid position is highly conserved in available vertebrate species. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be deleterious by in silico analysis.
